Feature: VA Pilot Account Merge Tool

In Orwell Pilot Table, VA Staff can now select and merge Pilot Accounts. This tool should be used as last resort and users should merge their user accounts.

This tool does not combine user accounts - meaning their network IDs, discord linking etc will not transfer - for that to happen user needs to perform full account merge.

Improvements:

• Take into consideration deleted pilot accounts when performing user account merge

• Exclude vAMSYS Robot from Leaderboards

• Add Year-To-Date leaderboard

• Add Historical leaderboard for previous years

• Show luggage weight in View Booking page

Fixes:

• Incorrect action applied when performing bulk ignore action in Livery Review in Orwell

• Process Pilot Invites one at a time, resolving potential duplicate pilot username assignment
