Before you apply

  • This form is for VA owners only. The person who submits this application becomes the owner, assigned pilot number 0001 (e.g. HTA0001). If you're joining an existing VA as a pilot or staff member, this isn't the right form.
  • Use your real name and a valid email. The email you provide receives your login credentials and all important communication about your Virtual Airline. Fake names, nicknames, or disposable email addresses result in your VA being removed without notice.
  • Don't circumvent callsign restrictions. If your chosen ICAO or IATA code is restricted, it cannot be used. Don't try to work around it by swapping letters or using creative spellings — attempting to circumvent restrictions results in immediate trial termination.
  • Be realistic about your ambitions. Judge your time and abilities carefully — creation of Virtual Airlines operating many callsigns is highly discouraged, and you may encounter restrictions on some callsigns you can use due to existing agreements we have with other Virtual Airlines.
  • vAMSYS is the platform — you build the airline. We provide Phoenix, Orwell, Pegasus, and Hangar. You're responsible for setting up airports, aircraft, routes, and recruiting pilots. What you create with these tools is entirely up to you.
  • Actively developed and supported. vAMSYS isn't a hobby project. We ship updates regularly, maintain extensive documentation, and provide support via Discord and email. Your VA runs on a platform that's always improving.

Your main callsign prefix (ICAO style) — exactly 3 characters. Forms part of your route callsigns and pilot usernames. Cannot be changed in the future.
