Virtual Airlines and Community Integrations

In Short: When you join a Virtual Airline, certain information about you may be visible to authorised Virtual Airline staff for operational purposes. If you choose to link your account with Discord, information you select may be displayed within Virtual Airline Discord servers.

Virtual Airline staff access. When you register with or join a Virtual Airline, your name and email address may be visible to the Virtual Airline owner and authorised staff members who have been granted access to manage pilots and Virtual Airline operations (for example, handling registrations, support, and operational communications).
Discord integration (optional). If you choose to link and verify your vAMSYS account with Discord, you can select how your identity is displayed in participating Virtual Airline Discord servers. Depending on your selection, this may include your full name, first name only, or first name and initial, together with your pilot username. This information will be visible to members of the Discord server. You can remove verification at any time.

Access to pilot personal data may be restricted by vAMSYS in cases of suspected misuse or abuse.
